By accessing or using Billiard Tracker (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
The Service
Billiard Tracker lets registered users log billiard matches, view statistics, participate in tournaments and leaderboards where available, and use related features we provide. We may add, change, or discontinue features.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet any minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use the Service.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. Examples of prohibited conduct include:
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other users.
- Attempting to manipulate ratings, matches, or leaderboards through fraud, collusion, or technical abuse.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading our systems beyond normal use.
- Violating applicable law or third-party rights.
Matches, ratings, and content
Match results and ratings are generated from user-submitted data and statistical models (such as Glicko-2). They are informational and for entertainment and competition tracking only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
