1. Introduction

Welcome to Billiard Tracker. Billiard Tracker is a platform designed for cue sports players and communities, including but not limited to 8-ball, 9-ball, 10-ball, snooker, and other billiard disciplines. The platform exists to support fair competition, respectful interaction, sportsmanship, and accurate match tracking within the global billiards community.

2. Community Values & Sportsmanship

Billiard Tracker is built around the traditional values of cue sports: respect, discipline, integrity, sportsmanship, and fair play. Users are expected to contribute positively to the community and maintain these standards at all times. By using the platform, users agree to:

• treat other players respectfully
• avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior
• avoid offensive usernames, profile content, tournament names, or descriptions
• avoid cheating, match manipulation, or ranking abuse
• maintain honest and accurate match reporting
• respect tournament organizers, opponents, and community members

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Billiard Tracker. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• you are legally permitted to use the services in your jurisdiction
• the information you provide is accurate
• you will comply with applicable laws and these Terms

4. Accounts & Profiles

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account. Usernames, profile information, and tournament names must not:

• impersonate other individuals, clubs, leagues, or organizations
• contain hate speech or offensive language
• contain explicit, abusive, or discriminatory content
• intentionally mislead other users

5. Fair Play & Match Integrity

To protect the integrity of the platform, users may not:

• intentionally submit false match results
• manipulate rankings or statistics
• create fake or duplicate accounts for unfair advantage
• collude with other players to influence leaderboards or tournament outcomes
• exploit bugs or technical issues
• use automated tools, scripts, bots, or unauthorized software
• artificially inflate rankings or tournament performance

Any attempt to undermine the integrity, fairness, or intended competitive nature of the platform may result in moderation action, ranking adjustments, tournament removal, or account suspension.

6. Tournaments & Events

Users creating tournaments or events are responsible for accurate tournament information, fair administration of events, lawful operation, and resolving local disputes where applicable. Billiard Tracker is not responsible for offline conduct, venue-related issues, scheduling conflicts, payments between users, or disputes between organizers and players. Billiard Tracker reserves the right to remove, modify, suspend, or invalidate tournaments that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

7. Leaderboards & Rankings

Leaderboard positions, rankings, statistics, ratings, and tournament results are dynamic and subject to change. Billiard Tracker may adjust ranking calculations, update rating algorithms, reset rankings, invalidate suspicious match results or activity, remove inaccurate statistics, or modify leaderboard structures at any time to improve fairness, competitive balance, accuracy, or platform integrity. Users acknowledge that rankings and statistics are not guaranteed.

8. User Content

Users are solely responsible for content they create, upload, publish, or share through the platform. This includes usernames, profile information, tournament names, descriptions, comments, uploaded images, and match notes. By submitting content, users confirm they have the legal right to use and share it. Users may not upload content that is offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, sexually explicit, misleading, or harmful to the community. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Billiard Tracker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, process, and distribute such content for operation of the platform.

9. Moderation & Enforcement

To maintain a fair and respectful environment, Billiard Tracker reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, reset rankings, invalidate suspicious results, or restrict access to features. These actions may be taken when behavior violates these Terms, community standards, applicable laws, or platform integrity requirements. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform. Billiard Tracker may investigate suspicious activity, cheating, manipulation, coordinated abuse, or attempts to unfairly influence rankings, tournaments, or platform systems.

10. Reporting Violations

Users may report abusive behavior, cheating, fake results, harassment, offensive content, tournament manipulation, impersonation, or other violations. Billiard Tracker may investigate reports and take appropriate action where necessary.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for:

• unlawful activity
• harassment or intimidation
• hate speech or discrimination
• gambling or illegal betting activity
• fraud or deceptive practices
• unauthorized advertising or spam
• impersonation of official organizations or individuals
• distribution of malware or harmful software

12. Service Availability

Billiard Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to features, error-free operation, continuous storage of data, or accuracy of user-submitted information. Features, leaderboards, tournaments, rankings, or services may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable without notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, software, design elements, graphics, and platform functionality are owned by Billiard Tracker unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy platform functionality, reverse engineer the platform, reproduce platform assets without permission, or misuse Billiard Tracker branding or identity.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billiard Tracker shall not be liable for user disputes, tournament outcomes, inaccurate rankings or statistics, deleted accounts or removed content, technical interruptions, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Billiard Tracker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or behavior considered harmful to the platform or community. Termination may include removal of rankings, tournaments, and match history, restriction of platform access, or permanent bans. Users whose accounts are terminated may lose access to associated content and statistics. Where permitted by applicable law, such actions may be taken without compensation, liability, or obligation to restore removed content, rankings, or platform access.

16. Data Retention

Certain information may be retained after account deletion for security purposes, fraud prevention, moderation records, legal compliance, and statistical analysis. Retention periods may vary depending on operational or legal requirements.

17. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using Billiard Tracker, users acknowledge that certain information may be collected and processed for platform functionality, analytics, moderation, authentication, and community features.

18. Changes To These Terms

Billiard Tracker may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
